At Body Candy, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain body jewelry items must remain in their original heat-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact for health and safety compliance.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
